Two Payments?

Many of our clients in the greater Little Rock area were making double payments, one on their new home and one on their previous home. Many situations can cause you to get stuck with double payments. The most common problem is when you have bought a new home or you are having a new home built and your first home has not sold yet, or the closing on the first home has fallen through. We’ve actually helped clients whose closings have fallen through more than three times!

The second most common reason for double payments is a job transfer or relocation. Sometimes you are forced to move to a new home or apartment, before you are able to sell your house.

Foreclosure Killers can solve this problem by buying your house or making arrangements to take over your monthly payments and maintain the property until we sell it.
